Talk me out of it...2015 Porsche Panamera

I recently sold my 2017 Maserati ghibli and need to replace it with something new. Parameters are it must have 4 doors, be able to fit a rear facing baby seat plus buggy in the boot and budget is around £30-£35k. I want something interesting and different and have my eye on a 2015 Panamera. Is there any reason you wouldn’t go for one or anything I should look at instead?
I have a 2014 Panamera.
Lovely thing. It’s big and has the Porsche thing where you feel the rear arches are much wider than the rest of the car (they aren’t). Excellently solid and impressively quick.
Closest comparable would be an S8 or an AMG S class. Possibly a Gran Turismo. Maybe an RS6.
OPC servicing remains ludicrous. Day 1 is producing a vehicle health check (actually a list of things that don’t need doing but they say do, eg remove leaves from rad grills: £75; change (new) wiper blades: £60; replace a fingernail sized piece of missing trim on a window button: £325; attend to a “notchy” exhaust valve flap: £970). Day 2 is actually doing the service that takes a day and which you wanted them to do on day 1.
Retrofitting CarPlay/Android auto is a big improvement over the PCM system. Why Porsche devote 1/3 of the map screen to an image of the sky is beyond understanding. Or perhaps how to get rid of the sky is beyond my understanding.

I installed the joyauto CarPlay kit from Alibaba over a year ago and it has transformed the PCM. All original functions retained and wireless car play.
You can have it retrofitted in the UK for about 700 pounds. I installed mine for around $350. The installation requires opening up the PCM and adding a PCB. Also, you need to hide the controller box and supply power by tapping into a fuse. Sounds complex but there are many videos on YouTube.
Adding CarPlay is the reason I still have an old car!

With all due respect fella. If you put the car you want in the thread title, then I think your mind is already set!
I think what you need to do is just man-maths it so it works. When you're at home and you see that funky key on the table, you know you've done it right.
Similarly when you accidentally break the speed limit to see that spoiler pop up (just for safety sakes, of course) - it's something to smile about.
If I can criticise, which I must, I expect the Panamera to have an "S" on the tail as well

No reason not to get one. There are some dodgy specs & colour combinations floating around, but you will find what you want in time. There are awesome things. I'm not sure how something so big feels so small & nimble. Super comfortable. The shape suits some colours better than others I think.

I bought the kit through NM Automotive. It looks like it’s possibly to DIY it (but I didn’t). CarPlay sits as a source linked to the Aux input, so strictly it is a “layer” into the PCM system, sitting within it. But once you’re into CarPlay there’s not much reason to come back up into the PCM.

I had had one owner, 20,300 miles and delivered it cost £34,126. It was in perfect condition.
It is a quick comfortable car that has now got 43,000 miles on the clock.
Since buying it, it has has two services, the most recent was done by out local Mercedes garage and included pads all round and a refurbished steering rack, as a seal had popped out. That bill was £1,500 which I thought was OK. The steering rack perair was £300, including the garage posting it off and it coming back 3 days later with new seals. The a/c has been recharged twice.
We like it, it is similar to the Tesla Model S I had at the time, only difference being you can actually get places in the Porsche.
