Share ISAs - best value ?

Could anyone be so kind to advise ? I am having difficulty identifying a decent share dealing ISA that is not prohibitive on costs, offers fair pricing on currency conversion and US pre / after market trading

you'd have to investigate the currency exchange costs manually I think.
