Recommissioning - South STaffs/Birmingham

[Pothole]

Anyone know a decent bike mechanic I can trust to recommission my Speed Four? Not a huge amount to do but I have to be realistic and accept I'm not going to do it myself. Been SORN for 3 years but starts and runs OK. Some parts to be refitted and lots of checking and torqueing to be done.
