Finance system - eCommerce business

I'm currently running an online business processing circa 10k transactions a month, and we're looking to double that next year.

We currently use Brightpearl for inventory management and finance, but it's creaking and needs to be replaced.

We're looking at Linnworks as the inventory management system, although that's not confirmed yet, but still need to source a finance system.

I looked at Xero, but apparently it's slow when you reach 2000 transactions a month

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I hope not, I don't have the time or inclination to implement an ERP. Not sure if you can use the finance module on it's own, I'll have a look.

We use Linnworks to aggregate multiple Shopify stores, eBay & Amazon for orders and inventory management.

Kash Flow for accounts.

All the Shopify stores are integrated separately to Kash Flow using a service from Carry The One.

EBay & Amazon figures are added in bulk each week/month.

If you use Xero I’ve heard good things about Tradebox for the accounts integration.

Mostly automated, works quite well and we do more than 10 x the amount you’re looking to do. No real issues with speed or anything.

We're struggling to reconcile Amazon on Brightpearl, the sales / costs feed is every 2 weeks, so we can't seem to reconcile a calendar month with the correct costs incurred in that month.

Maybe having a separate feed to the finance system would help in that regard.
