Started again with Halo CE which i've not played since the original. I had forgotten what a great game it was and the new visuals are excellent. It's fun to switch between the old and new version.

Is fantastic, played it through pretty much every year on co-op with my friend, its aged well (clearly the graphics enhance helps there).

Just wish I could sort out the bloody Campaign sync...

The MCC on Xbox One is still buggy. Halo 4 was a disappointment, is Halo 5 any good?

Never played an FPS game before or since that does difficulty levels as well as the original Halo and that includes every single follow up halo title.

Agreed.

I've done legendary on all several times but it always feels like an achievement. Halo 2 and 3 probably the hardest for me. That damned Valley full of snipers just after outskirts, one shot and you are dead and they are hidden well.

I can see the appeal, the set pieces are
Really good,it just looked graphically mediocre and I just didn’t gel With the movement and the guns which for Me in an FPS is critical.

I like Halo: CE for the introduction to the amazing world but it's not a favourite of mine to play. However, Halo 2, 3, ODST and Reach are all amazing. ODST is definitely the one for me.

I've had some great times playing Halo, from the first one way back when to the remastered ones on Xbox One, I'd echo the difficulty scaling too - very well done.

One of my favourite gaming memories of all time is the introductory cut scene to Halo 2..... brilliant.

There was only one ship.

One, are you sure?

Yes... they called it The Pillar of Autumn
