Can someone recomend a good bodyshop/restoration garage in Kent for a non GRP car (ideally near Ashford, but I'd rather travel to a good one, than use a local one).....

I need to give my wifes Mk1 Golf GTi some much needed TLC (de-rusting, panel replacement & paintwork), and am after getting some quotes for the work to be done....

You might try PanelPride in West Hythe, they are an excellent body shop but i don't know if he does restorations:

They don't do restorations, but there is a bloke opposite them that does & who they recomend !
