The Dyson Institute - mock interview help

Hi. My best mates daughter who is 17 has been accepted for interview at the Dyson Institute. It's for their graduate academy which (as I understand it) is a 3 year engineering degree funded and run by therm.

She's asked me to conduct a mock telephone interview with her (this is the format) as she doesn't have much experience. I'm familiar interviewing as I run a SME, but this is different to what I'm used to.

Any tips, pointers or advice you can offer?
