I ve got a problem my civic type r is boring. I got it due to arrival of child and apparently your not allowed to put them in the boot so the boxster went and type r came but it doesn't do it for me.I haven't had time to look at a cerbera yet but is it a practical option with a ten week old

I'd say not really until the child is old enough to go in a forward facing seat in the back. All the rear facing seats are too big to go in the back which means your other half will have to go in there, which I doubt she'll enjoy unless she is very short!
Mind you it did not stop me buying one

What is it your looking for in a car, a fast family express or a weekend racer?, surely an M5 would suit your needs

thanks for the advice on forward facing seats apparently she has to be 9 months old to fit in these.so I may have to wait till next spring. As far as use it will be a 3rd car for a bit of fun and occasional track use (not with child seat in!)

unless your wife is tall, she should be able to sit behind the passenger's seat. the baby can go in front and the seat moved forward all the way. only a matter of months before they swap.

My wife isnt tall and she could only stand (sit) the journey behind the passenger seat (which couldnt be pushed that far forward as the seat belt didnt reach and the baby seat would be wedged against the dash)for about 10 mins before screaming to get out!!
