Hi Guys has anyone got a Cambridge blue (metallic) 1975 V8 Vantage or similar vintage that a friend of mine can scan with a spectrometer, preferably in the S.E of England Surrey... Thanks..

Maybe the description is incorrect, perhaps not a Vantage, but in any case question remains, its a AM V8 in Cambridge blue...

To the OP, maybe try some of the NP-era specialists such as Nicholas Mee, Aston Workshop, Runnymede etc? They may have stock or know of owners who may be happy to help?

What info does your friend need from spectometry?

Yes Steve Waddingham will be able to help.
He is a great guy, passionate about his work and always willing to help.
He gave a friend and myself a great tour of the factory a couple of years ago.
He’s been so many years at AML, he could probably write a book about Aston Martin.

Thanks for your help guys, he needs the paint code really so that he can mix up the original colour and repaint this AM V8, wants to scan an actual physical car so that he gets the colour spot on for his fastidious client...

Just realised my 1973 Aston Martin V8 is Cambridge Blue. You're welcome to scan it but it's in my garage in the USA.
