Kuga mk1 2L tdi diesel exhaust fumes in cabin

Hi, I have a strong smell of diesel exhast fumes in the cabin when enginge warms up and heater fan on. Worse when stationary. Had a quick look over the car underneath but nothing obvious.
Has anyone, especially Kuga owners, ever had similiar issues? I will be checking a few other things when time allows but would welcome any suggestions in the meantime.

Quite possibly the injector seals, they are only soft copper and leak every so often, our 1.8tdci had them go not a very nice smell

Thanks for that. Was going to check those. Hope it hasnt built up too much hard treacle around injectors in the meantime. 😲.
