Have Amazon just pulled the plug on delivery sharing for prime members?

My OH has prime and I've been able to use it for free delivery - until today. Now seems it will only work if we also share credit cards!

I found some reference to this changing in the US a while back, but it's been working fine for me for years until today...

The sharing credit cards thing has been there for some time - I think when I looked at setting it up ~ 4 years ago. Perhaps your setup predated the requirement and they're now pushing it out to the legacy setups?

AIUI it might be related to sharing a billing address on the payment card. I share an account with my mum and have a cc registered to her address so haven't noticed it causing a problem.

I think sharing is quite common amongst families, maybe they are trying to push towards Prime Household?

Just checked and we still have six addresses and four cards.

Not noticed any change. My son uses my prime account (a ridiculous amount) at uni and using his own card.
