m1100 carbon bits - where from?
Discussion
i've just taken delivery of a carbon fuel cap surround, key surround, intake vents and rear seat cowl 'nail' for my evo, from an italian company whose name translates to the motorbike shop...
these parts are to be in naked carbon and look like i've made them, they are that bad. the vents are dire!
they'll be going back in tomorrow's post. normally i paint over carbon but this is one occasion where i need them to be on permanent show. the rest of the fairings will be refinished in ducati liquid grey, so just this small amount of carbon is being left as a contrasting detail.
can anyone recommend me a company who can supply a decent product, both in terms of the layup quality and the shaping/finish of the parts?

If you want carbon and you want quality, you won't find better than Limberger IMHO...

I bought an exhaust heat shield from RSR Moto for mine and I'm very impressed for the money, there's one very slight imperfection in it, but unless you're a weave sniffer you can't see it, and paint would have no bother hiding it.
