Problems with downloading Amazon Kindle For PC App

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to tell Amazon that it's not possible to download the Kindle For PC App from the UK site?

This link to the software store say it's currently unavailable: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Amazon-Kindle-for-PC-Down...
The link to the app going through the Kindle store is broken: https://www.amazon.co.uk/kindle-dbs/fd/kcp click the download for PC and Mac link and you get an access denied message.

Tried the customer support a couple of times and even got it escalated with a Case ID. That was 7 days ago and they still haven't fixed it.
