finding software for broadband- please help

hi,
i currently have a connection to onetel broadband, but i dont have any of the software that i need. this happened because i have only just moved into my house and the previous occupiers (my ex tenants) transfered the package into my name.

is there anyware online that i can download the software that i need so that i can get my internet working?
or will i have to cancel the connection and start again?

any help would be very much appreciated.

Do you mean modem software? In which case what type of meodem do you have?

You will most likely need to contact your ISP, you will need Login details for the ADSL connection etc.

The Line is ADSL capable but the previous owners account is theirs hence you can contact whichever supplier you wish. If you had a previous dial-up account ge it converted.
