Bluethooth Speaker Won't Play

[Armchair Expert]

I would appraciate some help here, have a Bluetooth speaker that appears in the listing of Bluetooth devices and says it connects, it even beaps to say it connected, but it does not work. Paired it and unpaired it a dozen times anyone know what is wrong with it. Other speakers work fine!

Find the 'Mute' button, and scold whoever pressed it?
