How can I tell which Mk ford Transit I have. Is it purely on year of manufacture?

Just bought a motorhome on a transit base.

Date of production of the Transit is 2015-01-26. It's a 2.2l.

Waiting for V5 to come from DVLA.

It is likely/possible/certain it's a Mk5?
