Don't websites have to allow you to opt-out of cookies?

[CoolHands]

So why is it not possible with some, eg toolstation

https://www.toolstation.com

You can read their stty policy but there's no off button, you can only accept?

Some sites need the cookies to work. The policy will probably say something to the effect of ‘if you don’t accept cookies, you can go elsewhere’ which is acceptable under the regulations.
