Dumb question - MOT advisory on oil leaks

Without crawling under a car and taking the trays off etc...., would an MOT advisory for oil leaks on engine and transmission on a car you were looking to buy be a reason to walk away?
If it’s just an advisory on one year among several others where it’s not been mentioned, it could just be an anal tester noticing what they thought was a leak but could just be where it’s dripped down while being filled etc. However if it’s mentioned in multiple MOTs then I would probably skip by personally.
