any word from your mobile provider regarding eu roaming ?

anyone heard anything from their mobile service regarding what happening from the 1st jan with mobile use overseas ....planinng to be in spain with any luck and bit worried about it changing

AIUI, the big providers have said they have no plans to change their roaming services or charges after 1st January 2021.

Even if they did, the government has introduced a £45 per month limit on data charges whilst roaming.

Which network are you with ?

talkmobile...i had em on the online chatter and they said no word on it as of last week

I suspect they're all waiting to see whether we have a deal or no deal exit from the EU before deciding how to proceed.

they wont change it for existing customers, it would result in a massive number of contract cancelations due to a large change on the T&C. More likley it will be removed from new contracts if anything
