Facebook group admin questions

Any Facebook group admins on here? I've been trying to access a group this week and made several attempts to answer their question set however I repeatedly get emails from the admin on messenger saying I've not answered them. I've even given them the answers to the questions over messenger yet they've not accepted it. I've tried both Brave and Chrome browser (I don't use the FB app)

Can the admin grant my access or are they just being awkward? I'm getting to the point of not bothering.

You can grant access manually without questions being answered, but I think there is an "auto" feature available now as well which you can use for higher-volume sites to auto-accept / decline.

Ive had a conversation with the admin over the issue but he still won't let me join. Sounds like someone who enjoys the feeling of power and importance. The group has about 1000 members which would have been a useful source of info.

Very odd, its a brand specific bike group and the questions were there seemingly to see off spammers and bots.

None! He seems to be going down the line of everyone else manages to do it so answer the questions or you're not coming in.
