BMW F10 / 11 headlights

Good evening,
I have a BMW F11 (pre LCI) with bi-xenon adaptive headlights.
It has thrown up the 4 warnings that indicate a TMS driver has failed so running lights, cornering and left indicator have gone.
Brilliant it is during winter!
Additionally, and this is the pain, both headlight units are really quite full of water droplets which is making the available light even weaker.
Is there anywhere that can sort the water issue (near Hemel Hempstead) or anywhere I can get a replacement set of headlights at a reasonable price as lots of places are asking £1000 - 1200!!
