Roblox on Amazon Fire 8 HD

My daughter's new Fire 8 HD is having a bit of a 'mare running Roblox. It either seems to load OK but then quit out shortly afterwards or some levels/worlds (I'm not an expert ) won't load at all.

Obviously I've googled it and the suggestions are to make sure the Fire OS and Roblox App are up to date, to then clear the cache and finally clear the data. I've done all of these things but it's had no effect.

Amy suggestions as to where I go from here?

Not android but very occasionally had similar problems on ipad.
Sometimes it's the individual game, popular ones are generally fine (adopt me, bloxburg, arsenal, tower of hell) more obscure ones don't seem to get the priority. So it could be server end.
If not, last resort then try a reinstall. Everything is online so nothing to loose (make sure you know the password).

Did it work before? I'd be surprised if that tablet could run it, we had one and it struggled a lot with pretty much anything so we swapped to an ipad.

The Fire 8 isnt exactly known for its power is it?
The Amazon tablets are a bit compromised because they restrict and lock them down with their own sluggish software.
Its probably just not up to playing high demeand games.
I thought Roblox was more of a console game anyway?

My kids used to play Roblox on a Fire 8. It was horrendously slow, but that didn't stop them. Eventually, earlier this year, I bought them Huawei Media tabs and they were amazed how smooth and quick Roblox was.

BTW, Roblox is a platform for games developers. On the platform there are loads of different games but 'Adopt Me' seemed to be their goto game. Although, 'among Us' seems popular now - but this isn't within Roblox.

I did try a reinstall but that had no effect. I think that, despite it being the newest version of the Fire 8HD and it more than meeting Roblox's minimum specs, I'll have to concede it's just not up to the task.
