Leaving gift for a long-term company head

My CEO is retiring, having brought me and a group of other people through the ranks over the past 10 years or so leaving us with great careers and prospects. We've been a great partnership, and I want to do something really decent as a thank-you gift directly but with lockdown and the usual farewell do off the cards it's a bit tough to choose something that really shows the appreciation.
what would you want to receive from a grateful 2IC after almost a decade working together?

How about something that captures the successes you’ve all shared over the ten years?
Maybe one of those multi pics where you can drop in group pics of events, or great launches of new product or winning new clients or .....
Maybe a video montage from all of you (tick too or similar style)

Or weekend away in a lovely cottage
Maybe an invitation to (whoever has the bigger garden /central to all involved) and hold a bbq party in the summer 2021 when things should be a lot better and even if not outside ample space so as safe as you can get.
A hamper but containing successes together or something from each of you.
Book him a table in The Hand & Flowers (Marlow Tom Kerridge)
Or what about a thank you card to him and being clear that his inspiration and his helping you and others your all going to take heed of that and do the same for others give them the opportunity you have had. (And keep him up to date as to how they are progressing).

What projects have you worked on, is anything made by the business?
I'm thinking a small spare part of something you've both worked on, nicely mounted with an inscription.
I did that with a Joule-Thomson minicooler, got it nicely mounted on a plinth with an inscription. Top bloke was AJW.

Agreed, no need to overthink it. Personal commentary in a card and a bottle of something nice. Job done.Plus, in 6 months time you'll be living with all the things he hasn't bothered doing whilst confidently giving the impression all is well
