Guys
I am looking at de-cating my 111s S2 when i fit a sports exhaust. I know there are two lambda sensors on the cat and if the secondary one reads the same value as the first you get a warning light appearing. What I would like to know is can anyone tell me what the output from the lambda sensor is to the ECU and what the difference between the two should be. If this is established then a small "black box" can be used to apply the differential to the secondary lambda sensor output. This means the primary one (which i assume controls the engine management) is not affected and the secondary one just tells the ECU that the cat seems to be functioning OK. Any comments or hints would be appreciated, also any solution would be made available to all for them to use.
