20-25k for a used car - suggestions/tips wanted

Hey guys,

So I was in the market for a lease, and was looking at a 520d for around 449 deposit, at 449 a month.

However I've been looking into options and would rather spend circa 20-25k and buy a used car and actually own it.

Shortlist:

BMW X3
BMW 5 series
Audi A6
Audi A7
Audi Q5

One of my must haves is a digital/virtual cockpit and leathers, and as low mileage as possible. I've been looking at 2 year old models unfortunately that prices me out of some of the above.

What do you guys reckon about the shortlist? Any suggestions or pointers? I've been looking at used approved as I don't really want to go down the private route.

Well that shortlist clearly aroused the interest of the pistonheads masses.

Have you considered a Volvo S90 if the Audi A6 makes the list? £18,000 will get you a 2 year old from a main dealer.

All will come with good dashboards don't fall for gimmicks the virtual dash is nice but it really isn't the be all & end all, just get the car you like driving the (personally I'd take a decent power plant over a dash) most, then workout which one suits your family requirements & see if they're the same car.

Maserati Ghibli I really like these & everytime I drive one I enjoy being in one they're a nice steer as well as sounding good (yes it's fake) but a bit smaller inside than you think.
