I have a 2010 Panamera. The central locking has developed an unusual fault recently. To summarise, all doors lock when I press the lock button on the Key fob as they should. However, when I press the unlock button on the key fob, all doors unlock except the drivers door. The driver door can be opened manually using the key.

Any idea on what the issue could be? If so, is it a simple fix or would I need to take it in?

If you press Open twice in fast succession does it work ?

Also, look in the on board menu, settings, locks, there might be something there.

Just seen this post and it's likely you have already sorted it......

The drivers door should unlock regardless of settings; options are drivers door only or all doors.

If it locks again after manual unlocking chances are the wiring is OK. The lock is probably faulty - not too expensive a fix parts wise; but the door comes apart unconventionally - the inner panel with window frame is removed from the outer in its entirety to get to the lock. If doing it yourself be aware there are aluminium screws that MUST be replaced or they WILL snap; make notes on locations and positions of fixings to ensure the door 'fit' isn't lost - they can go out of adjustment very easily (in short; if you are at all apprehensive make sure it goes somewhere that knows the cars to avoid repair mistakes and delays).

Thanks mate. I think this is one for my local specialist. I will tend to it in the new year.
