Quick advice needed about redundancy.

I've been told that am getting 3 weeks' pay for every year worked. I would be finishing in June 2021 and would have worked for 2 years and 9 months. They would pay me for my notice period (3 months) which would mean I would be paid for July, August, and September. Would the notice period be added to the 2 years and 9 months already worked? This would mean I would have been there for 3yrs if the notice period is added.
Yes, contractual notice period should be included in the Total Service calculation, certainly in most situations where only SRP is being paid at least.
3 weeks pay means you're getting well above the SRP, so likely you're going to get a settlement agreement and they'll pay for a lawyer to review it with you? I would check with an employment lawyer or ask your HR team to be sure. They might try to argue that 3 weeks for every year of service is more than SRP for every year of service + your notice period, so as long as they are paying above that SRP level they can choose to pay you whatever.
