Make your own - easy.
Melt chocolate of choice in bain-marie. Do not overheat.
Buy a jar of stem ginger

Dry the pieces then cut into smaller chunks, stab with cocktail stick and dip in chocolate.

Probably not exactly what you are looking for, but is a quick fix.

Glad to see a couple of other plain chocolate ginger fans on here. Years ago you could buy it loose from a jar by weight served in a paper bag. Was that Thornton’s in the 1980’s or perhaps a good independent confectioners. Anyway it was fantastic. The chocolate was so thick you could crack it off with your teeth and enjoy the now melting chocolate followed by quite a tingle from the ginger on the roof of your mouth and tongue. The prepacked stuff sold by Thornton’s today is nice but the ginger lacks the bite of my memory.
Does the Sainsbury’s stuff have that bite? If so I might have to have a go at making my own though I’m not sure I have the willpower to ration myself which is not a good plan for a diabetic!

Have you tried Holland and Barrett?
They certainly used to do it.
If you like Ginger, then if you haven't tried it they sell Rochester Ginger Drink:

Got a pretty good kick
