Hi all thanks for all the help so far, and a big thanks to Mike for getting the build Manual out to me so quick money in the post Thursday.

Well now lads i need some help on wireing diagramms for Mk1 Mk2 Escort in any one could email my details would be good allso any informaion about the car wireing Mods ect.ect

Just an update for you found the Number on the front strut and just sending off for the v5 Docs did a check and all seems well with the car docs, just need to get them back fingers crossd.

Hi Rob......have you checked the What Have I Bought string? Personally, I'm not sure if MKI and MKII share the same wiring diagram. Looks like Texrt7 may be able to help perhaps?

I can photocopy the Mk1 Mk2 wiring diagrams - I have them in a Haynes manual - email me with your address.

My one tip is put Copperslip brake grease on all the connections it conducts and prevents corrossion.

The late Mk1 7 fuse system and Mk2 wiring and the diag very simular - only difference is the Mk2 has wipers and light switch on stalks on steering colum.

You can work on an escort using same age Capri diag - vive Ford's interchangebility.
