Searching for Mixed use property to add to portfolio

Hi All,

I'm looking for my next income generating property and the ideal would be a retail shop with 2-4 flats above.

The area is not important as long as the complete property is generating income from day one with a yield of between 7-9%.

So which websites or companies would you suggest, that I use for search for my next venture?

Prime Property Agents have sent me a couple of emails with some great off market properties, which tick all my boxes......However, they want £6000 finders fee up front to take the property off the market, so I can progress! Anybody have experience??

Hi, I have a few mixed use properties they can be good investments. When I have used an agent to source it has been 1% + vat payable on completion. I wouldn't agree to pay any fee in advance.
Best option is go and talk to local commercial agents and build a relationship with them.
Any other q's feel free to ask

For commercial there's still no better substitute than doing homework on who is best in an area and picking up the phone to discuss you requirements.
