Knocking speed six engine !!

i was out in my car yesterday and after about 50 miles my engine has developed a knocking noise from cylinder head, doesnt seem to affect performance but def cause for alarm by sounds of it any one any ideas? def from the head at tickover and upon revving..could this be fuel injector does anyone know?

sorry im thick as i cant even see where spraking plugs go
