Can anyone recommend (or involved in) outsourced call centre operations? Basically for hitting the phones and booking appointments - we've found this works well for us and have been using it on a smaller scale using a few sub contracted consultants.

Looking for UK based and experienced in B2B and ideally tech sector.

Can anyone recommend any firms? Seems to be loads out there so thought it would be interesting to see what names pop up.

Hi

When you saw hitting the phones and booking appointments, you’re talking lead generation?

I work in a customer service centre, but it’s inbound only, with outbound calls only as follow up. I just want a clearer idea of what you’re after exactly?
