Checking factory options on potential car purchase (Renault)

Is there an easy way to check factory options on a Renault based on the reg? I’m going to look at a twingo 133 later this week and was wondering if there is an easy way to look up the spec.
Presumably I can’t just phone a franchised dealership and give them the reg because either they will need either the VIN and/or for it to be my car?
