We have one and it is the best hot chocolate we have had. Sachets are a bit pricy but it’s still cheaper (and better) than the take away options.

Been using the steam wand from the coffee machine but the chocolate powder plays havoc with it.

I’ve got one, overpriced for what it is but easy and safe for the kids to use and the wife likes it.

I tend to use the steam wand on my coffee machine instead when I’m making hot chocolates.

Got one for Christmas. Definitely better than average hot chocolates, and better than most of the high street offerings too.

I also got a selection of the Hotel Chocolat sachets too. I find a lot of them quite rich, but the salted caramel one is excellent.
