Bedroom TV, smart or dumb?
Discussion
Personally I would never buy a TV based on its smart functionality.
Suppliers tend to stop support for common apps after a few years (especially keep an eye on Sony over the next few years following what looks like a big step back from AV full stop and the closure of two factories in 2021)
A fire stick will do everything you need easily and will keep being supported for longer. When you get to a point it doesn't run the latest apps anymore you just unplug it and buy whatever the latest one at that time is.

I don't think you can even buy a non-smart 32" TV - not a mainstream brand at least.
Yes you can I bought a Panasonic TX-32G302B recently and then added a smart stick.Gassing Station | Home Cinema & Hi-Fi | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
