A Man of Taste and Distinction

That is absolutely beautiful, the finish looks incredible. I can't imagine, even with 200m in the bank, wanting such an old place, I think I'm just too common for such a location but I'm glad people out there preserve such gorgeous buildings.
Side note, the kitchen has those bloody black steel framed glass doors. They seem to be 2020's "Live, love, laugh"

The garage is fantastic. Both the lift and the vehicles stored below.
I was half expecting Dick Strawbridge to pop up during the video, but it’s in Belgium not France!!

I love how you can escape out the back, over water, while the mob storms your front door
As I was watching this the first time, I thought, what a wonderful forecourt for your cars, but where do you shelter them when not in use? Must have a separate stable for the steeds? Have your man fetch it for you in the morning for the day’s use? Fabulous solution!
And of course the owner has the ultimate good taste to own 3 iconic Astons that I would want in my stable if I had the wherewithal....

The car on the right looks like a Cygnet, completing Vladimir's trio of Aston Martins.

Cygnet? You mean the V12 Vantage?
hmm - I didn't see a Cygnet either..I was wrong, sorry.
I thought the bonnet looked short, but now realise that the Cygnet has two short louvres, whereas the V12V has two long and two short louvres.
Did you interpret the Vladimir reference?

Wow. Stunning. what do we estimate the sale price will be ? 60M USD or so?
Exploring their website, Sotheby's has some lovely properties in Belgium for sale.
I would guess 30m USD. These things are “cheaper” than you think and you would not recover your investment in things like submerging James Bond villain bridges and the like.Exploring their website, Sotheby's has some lovely properties in Belgium for sale.
It seems like a great idea but just thinking it through what would me and the Mrs do on our own in somewhere that size given the kids are off to Uni now? There is only so much Aston Polishing and swimming laps you can do before you find yourself drunk in front of Netflix again in which case I can do that already!
