997 Alignment

So i had the car in to my OPC and got the usual "health check".
They didn't try to screw me over brake discs/pads which seems unusual.
Did try to convince me that the tyres needed changing soon (No)
They also tried to sell me an alignment check, their print out had fronts out of spec.
Car was aligned late 2019.
I have driven Lotus for a while and they did benefit from being aligned every year.
My question is -

How often should a 997 require being realigned?

Happy to do it every year or so if that is what other people suggest.

I’d say every couple of years but mind does maybe 4K miles a year. If you’re unlucky enough to hit a big pot hole or something like that might well be worth doing at that stage as that will probably knock things out.
