Bottle security tag

Firstly - no its not nicked. Is this full of ink or can I safely cut it off? I was halfway to getting it off when I suddenly realised it could turn out pretty bad for my kitchen.
The reason its on there is I did a click and collect at asda and it came out of the store that way, I said to the lady dishing out the crates have you got a minute but she snapped I'm busy I'm busy so I thought f

Makes an absolute right mess, impossible to remove.
Take back tot he store you bought from with receipt and they'll uncap. Odbins once left a cap like that on a decent bottle of champers I had and they told me the amount of peeps that complain when they remove themselves was unreal...though covered their arse by saying...why didn't they notice when the left the store. they gave me a second bottle as well for the inconvenience!!!!
Otherwise at least ring the store to find out how to remove, o worst find a local tramp to get them to open it and they can get 50% of the contents.
Makes an absolute right mess, impossible to remove.

Its off, it just has a spring type latch that grips the lid it seems, I'll take it apart tomorrow to see how it works. Now to get pissed.
