ok here we go

Hurricane induction kit fitted nice sound and a few more ponies. Fitted myself - £175

52mm Throttle body, gives a snappy throttle response. Fitted myself - £110

De-cat, makes the car sound like a banshee and gives a couple of bhp to boot. Fitted myself - £40

Elise parts exhaust, sounds sooooo nice especially with de-cat. Fitted myself - £400

4-2-1 manifold gives more torque and gives a little more noise. Specialist fitted £400 (£110 fitting)

Elise parts engine steady, to stop the manifold cracking. £40 and fitted with 4-2-1 above

Elise parts gear linkage kit, fab kit that gives the gear change a really positive movement, pain to fit as I didn't have ramps or axel stands but good though. £45 (I think)

S160 head and associated bits. Bought a S160 cylinder head complete with cams and I added verniers, emerald, S160 plenum, engine builder to open out the ports to match the respective manifolds, fit it and set-up the emerald - kit £800, emerald & verniers £780, fitting £450 RR tuning £200 (in 1 weeks time)

Braided brake lines and new fluid, lines were £65 and fitted with new fluid for £90 (pig of a job) all done by specialist.

Think that’s all.

ITG Induction kit
Armourfend
Park Assist (no jokes please)

Al of these were put on by the dealer before I bought it so just came with the car.

Having a Stage 2 exhaust put on in the next week or so.

None at present.

Now I have the car run in after 5 years tempted at a Induction (Hurricane most likley) and Exhuast (do not know whichone to go for).

My pie in the sky idea is the Honda conversion.

Hurricane, 52mm throttle body, janspeed sport exhaust, quick shift kit. All worth it! If I had the spare folding I'd go for a 160 Head and Emerald, or a 111R

Agree whole heartedly with Nitrons - probably the most effective mod you can make

mmm..lots ...never done any tests but others have with similar spec cars - under 4 secs to 60 (depends a lot on tyres) and about 8secs to 100mph..and about 170mph ish top speed ....it makes the Elise into a supercar eater...

I've not done much to mine, as I find there are not that many bits available for the 111r just now.

Mine has the stage1 'zorst and I had the centre console between the seats covered in alcantara to match the dashtop.

As for potential future mods, I'm considering an ITG/Reverie induction kit, or alternatively a factory supercharger if it's made available for the 111r, with an Exige handling conversion to keep it under control .

My baby is completely standard aside from what she came with from new:

Technomagnesio 6-spoke Magnesium racing wheels (wider and lighter than standard)

Lightewight seats.

Other than that, since I got her it's all been about getting her back to pristine nick

Likely to get inlet/exhaust/throttle-bodies and possibly even some cam/head/ECU work in the future, but in no hurry
