New Owner

Hello Everyone,

After a good while lurking on these pages I recently purchased a Vantage. It's the realisation of a dream many years in the making, and through various iterations of capacity, cylinder number, seats, gearboxes and colours. I have found the information on the forum interesting, entertaining and informative, helping me make the final decision; a Quantum Silver manual N420. I got out a few times before the weather turned and love it. I'm very much looking forward to warmer, drier times, and some interesting experiences.

I have bikes as well, so spent lots of time there over the past few decades.

The informed lurking has paid off hansomly. Manual N420 is a bloody good choice. It looks beautiful. Try to stop smiling if you can.

Quite a few on here ride bikes, on a sunny day 2 wheels vs 4 wheels is always a difficult choice to make.

I hope 2021 gives us more opportunity to enjoy both

Thanks chaps, yes the tyres are a little, err, tired, and will require replacement soon. Hopefully when the weather improves we'll be allowed out again to enjoy these things.

Nice car EVR! Lightweights? I think I've often admired yours while lurking around. I would love to take it down to Italy at some point in the future, it's a bit cold and wet here.
