Coincidentally I watched Donnie Brasco for the first time this afternoon and noticed this "beauty".

I remember Capital City well
The 911 was owned by the slightly mad blonde lady and she treated it 'rough'.
It was a '76 apparently.

Love the 911 from “the bridge” or how about the 964/991 from “Bad Boys”
Great cars. Happy New Year

Does this one count? Personally thought it was a pretty disappointing film, which is a shame as had high hopes given its studio and subject matter. The blue Porsche (‘Sally’) was about the only good thing about it.

The ‘80s 911s appeared quite a lot on screen - from Dallas to Friends - but best of all was the 1987 movie ‘No Man’s Land’ with Charlie Sheen, who plays a serial 911 thief.

Always thought the 1980s 911s (well 74-89 actually) were possibly the prettiest models - particularly the narrow-bodied Coupes, without the rear spoiler.

The coolest 911 on the screen has got to be In the opening scene of Le Mans!

Looking at these pics, it’s interesting how far the latest 992 has moved away from the original 911 design.

964 in Californication. I think it’s a 1990 model so doesn’t quite qualify as 1980s.
