I thought the display was outstanding this year!

The drones were particularly good.

Nice work to all involved

I wish I had known about it as I'd have liked to have gone there to take photos.

That's exactly why it wasn't announced. They wanted to avoid people coming to see it in person...

Yes, I gathered that. I should gave taken a punt and just gone in anyway. Nothing else going on that I would have missed.

Also why the press where tipped off to take photo's in the middle of night earlier in the week saying the display was pre-recorded. The display was very much live.

I liked the NHS propaganda and that we have had a tough year yada yada.

Let's hope we can save the NHS in 2021.

If we bang some pots and pans hopefully no one dies next year.

And the Attenborough propaganda at the end. Grrr, totally unnecessary to spoil the display with such issues. Can’t we have 10 minutes of fireworks without the environment and BLM being rammed down our throats yet again.

Other than that, great display.

All very impressive but a little too ‘preachy’ for me. Oh, and nothing says “Happy New Year from London” more than an American singing about “New York”.

"Grrr I'm really angry at the woke fireworks display that dared to pay tribute to the NHS or people protesting against racism" hehe

Technically impressive, makes fireworks displays look old hat, shame about the content.

+1.
Impressed with the drones - first time I’ve seen something like that. I’m assuming it wasn’t fifty twelve year olds with iPhone apps driving them individually..

I saw the stag leaping across the horizon first and was transfixed. Give me 60 seconds of watching these drones over all of the fireworks that have ever been exploded. Saw a bit of the Edinburgh drones too. Absolutely beautiful.

Strange (but not surprising) to see BLM (a political movement) included but nothing about leaving the EU.
