Anyone know what wheels this 986 is sporting please? They look like oem, like the split rim Sport Design without the hassle, but they don’t appear to be in the Porsche catalogues.

I’d quite like a set if they would fit a 986S.

Yes.

17x7 and 9. Lovely, light wheels.

Yes they would. Sport Classic 1s are even nicer, but just as difficult to keep clean smile

ETA cannot find the photo I was looking for, but here's a poor one - a friend of mine had them on his 996.2

Thanks for the responses, they do look like the 17” 996 wheels. Could they be 18” Panamera wheels - they fill the arches as well as my current 18”? Not sure if they are a straight bolt on though or spacers required. Anyone got the offsets handy?

These are the Panamera set:

Not the 18 panamera wheels. Look at the ‘ridge’ around the outer side of the wheel nut hole on the originals and then see that this ‘ridge’ is not there on the panamera wheels.

Shown here as 996 10 spoke 17 inch:

Because they are. If you enjoy driving on real roads, these 17s will be much 'better' than whatever you have at the moment, as they are the lightest OE set available (if you don't want to go down to 16s)

Regarding 'looks' - Multispokes seem to look bigger on the p-cars than they actually are. You would not be disappointed by how they 'look' side-on (as per the OP photo), but 7J fronts always look too inset on 9x6 or even 993. You can put spacers in if that bothers you.

Clearly different wheels.

They look like 17 x 9" Carrera II alloys for the 996.
