996. Fans coming on after 2/3 minutes. Normal?

Evening all.
Took my 4S out of the garage for a New Year clean up and the fans came on almost immediately.
Can't remember that happening before.

Any thoughts anyone.

Fans come on low speed with the aircon.
If it happens again turn off the aircon and see if the fans stop.
