Im meaning the first Gen manual cars.
A friend is looking for one a mind commented on the fact there’s not ma to around all of a sudden

Is there anyone that keeps tabs on these numbers here?

Just out of interest as it’s not just that I’m bored but last time I looked there were quite a few.

There’s never all that many around for sale, as not too many were made. I also think a lot of the owners are keeping hold of them for the foreseeable (this one included!)

I can only see six for sale on AT, which isn’t many at all. I would agree that current owners are probably holding on to them at the moment, although supply usually dries up around this time of year anyway. Better weather and the eventual lifting of restrictions may see a few more pop up. I’d love to help but I’m keeping mine for now too!

Good luck with your friends search though. Hopefully patience will pay off and the right car will turn up.

Best Regards

Minglar

Anyone know why the one at McGurks isn't shifting. Surely 29k miles isn't too high mileage

That looks ok, seats need a bit of TLC, Storm Black is a nice colour if looked after as well, see its now on 30K miles

Since I sold mine there are very few available.
The car above has been sold once and came back for sale a couple of months later 7k more expensive.
It's also got the fat seats which is probably hanging around

I was going to say that there is a well priced 2012 car at Bristol bit I see it has been reserved now. I,m sure someone on here said that they had bought it then we heard no more, a month or so ago.
There arent many around though i do agree .

I think a few months ago there were two black v12s for sale there. One with lightweights, in the early 60s, and a cheaper one. The one with lightweights went, but I think this one stayed. I could be wrong.

Price seems a little high. I paid just under 60k for my 2011 model in March, with 21k on the clock. From Slades....

There is a thread you can look at to keep an eye on the numbers.

I think you bought well at less than £60k, they stayed around £80k for many years and think they will head back up eventually

Was looking for about 9 months before I finally landed my V12VM. Missed a couple that I would have gone for before that (one by just a few minutes). Not that I minded in the end as I got the car I was originally drooling over 10 years earlier! I probably paid a bit over the odds but got exactly what I was after. Seems the more desirable cars tend to move fairly quickly if the price is right. Or sometimes there's just a buyer out there after exactly what you're selling. With relatively few V12's up for sale, if you see something you like...don't hesitate. Good luck.

It's not a great time of year (or a great time) to be selling cars like this, so once lockdown is over and it's nicer weather, I'd expect to see more cars up for sale when prices will be notionally higher later in the year.
