Sony stack hi fi from late 80s to DAB?
Discussion
I had a stack Sony tuner, equaliser, turntable and amp from new in 1988 which I then added a Sony Cd after a few years. I gave it to my in laws when I wasn’t playing my vinyl but it came back after they passed. I’ve been buying more vinyl and wondered if there is any way to convert the tuner, or add, to get DAB. I’ve looked at new tuners but they are all much wider than mine so I’d need a new cabinet. My unit is 355mm wide.

How about this? Bluetooth any Internet radio station from your phone, tablet etc. Far more choice than DAB. £26.

I'd go down the smart/internet radio route.
Looks like the Chromecast audio has been discontinued but you might be able to find a second hand one.

Far more selection than DAB and far, far higher quality too.
I use Amazon Dot 3. £25. Line out to amp. Job done.
Walk into room and say "Alexa play LBC" or whatever radio station you want from around the world.
