A64 coffee shop / Four Alls

Anyone that has passed the site recently will have noticed that considerable work has been done in preparing it to be a coffee shop / cafe

I wondered when it might open and had a look at the planning - it was refused change of use planning on 20 Dec so, for now, it will remain as a building site I expect.

Not sure if / when an appeal will be made, or how long such a thing takes.

Thanks for the update, we drove past it yesterday and I wondered what was going on.

If it was a decent coffee shop it should do a decent trade given that the chippy next door is always rammed and the passing trade (usually at 10mph depending on the time of year/day!) is off the scale.
