HDMI Switching devices

I need a HDMI switching device, that can take three inputs and ideally two outputs, so I can swap between a TV and projector.

Can anyone recommend one that doesn't affect the picture quality, and ideally doesn't cost the earth.

Three inputs to one output you can use nearly any simple thing.

But for multiple outputs you're making it a bit more complex.
I'd look for HDMI Matrix 4x2. The 4x2 means 4 in 2 out.
Matrix' are great as they allow you to display input 2 on screen A while input 3 on screen B for example. Or input 2 on screen A and B.

Need to look at something like this, we have Sky connected to a TV and a multibox connection to the other room.
For some reason, if we connect the DVD to the TV the multiroom connection drops out and the TV in the other room goes blank. No idea why.
