Let's celebrate the centenary of Lord Fareham donating his home to the nation. With an uncanny ability to see into the future he predicted that future Prime Ministers might not have their own country estate.

His other prediction that about future PMs was less accurate -"Some might even "spring from the ranks of manual toilers."
