Just heard that the creator of the brilliant TV series '7 Up' died a couple of days ago. frown

If you judge PH by the NPE/Lounge contributions, the show wasn't very PH at all. But I was hooked the first time I heard him coax simple truths from his young stars. My favourite memory is Paul expressing the women/greens issue that every man must wrestle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3Nt7Syex5E

I've really loved watching them grow and change over the years. The last instalment of the show was '63 Up', a year ago, and the 'kids' aren't much younger than him now. I wonder if the TV production company will continue?

RIP. frown

They were talking to Tony the Taxi driver on Radio 4 this morning and he expects that the "7 - Up" team will want to continue.

It'd be a real letdown if it all stopped. It has been a great series.
